Delivery Information/ Terms of saleDue to extensive variety of instruments we sell, we can not sadly manage to stock all items, we are however an honest company and will always either display a typical delivery time where the makers issue us one, or email you with an expected delivery time. We do however honour the following: -
- To inform you within 4 hours of placing your order (week days 9-5) when delivery will take place.
- You will always have a right to cancel if the delivery time given is not acceptable (witin the time scale of 4 hours as stated), thereafter our standard trading terms come in to force.
- We will not offer any refund or credit where we are shipping goods overseas, or where we specially ordered the goods for you, this is particularly important when we supply accessories.
- We do take any monies from your credit card immediately to ensure you are a valid client, and to help stop credit card fraud. You may also pay by cheque where you send us the cheque, we clear it and despatch the goods when they arrive in stock.
- OUR AIM TO BE HONEST AND FAIR AT ALL TIMES
Please note we try and be flexible on all terms of sale, but we must make it clear that certain items are specially ordered for the client and where this happens we are unable to offer a refund, even if the incorrect item is ordered. If however the incorrect instrument is ordered we may be able to obtain a refund from the makers less a 30% restocking charge, please ask, the worst we can discover is no.
Please note popular items stocked, non stock may take from 1 to 14 days, (accessories
